They are a CACM (California Association of Community Managers) certified common development management firm that has been working with Common Interest Development Associations of condominium and planed developments for over 13 years.

Founder Deno Makris, CCAM (Certified Community Association Manager), is committed to providing Boards of Directors with the best, hands-on service available. He has many years of experience in the industry and is a member of CACM. He has also attained his CCAM designation. His continuing participation and attendance at seminars and industry events assures that he is on the cutting edge of changes, trends and legislation which affect the quality of life of the members of community associations.

AFTER HOURS EMERGENCY? If you need to report a common area emergency please call our office (925) 370-6012 and listen carefully how to be dispatched to the emergency service. Please be advised there is a $15 per call service charge and if this matter does not pertain to a common area concern that the service call will be assessed to the owners account for reimbursement.
